LEADERSHIP TEAM

David Fang has been involved in the financial industry in the past 22 years. He received his MBA degree with a focus in Financial Management from National University in 2002.  He is the co-owner of two Liberty Tax franchise, We Host Home-Property Management, and Liberty Real Estate.  Mr. Fang is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, Enrolled Agent, CTEC Registered Tax Preparer, Graduate of Realtors Institute, and received his Property Management Certification. David is also the founder of a local church, Freedom Community Church, an affiliate of the California Southern Baptist Convention (CSBC). One of his life-long community goals is to plant and build churches.  David's passion in life has always been a change agent to help others to succeed in life and to have a better financial future.

​Cathy Fang has been a Senior Financial Analyst Consultant with Kaiser Permanente in the past 21 years. She received her MBA degree with a concentration in Health Care Management in 2001. Mrs. Fang is co-owner of the two Liberty Tax franchise, We Host Home-Property Management, and Liberty Real Estate with Mr. David Fang. She is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent and a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer. In the past years, Mrs. Fang has been an instrumental and integral part of  Mark 5:19 Ministries, a religious, non-profit organization in the local area, and participated in the Toys for Tots and Operations Christmas Child program. One of her other goals for giving back to the community is to raise funds, connect with senior citizens, and provide them with Senior Citizen Care Package. Cathy has the passion to serve and assist others.

Johnny Xiong has been  in the financial industry in the past 7 years. He received his BA degree in Business from Fresno Pacific University  in 2005.  He is a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer,  the owner of a  Liberty Tax franchise  and a co-owner of Jenness Homes LLC , a residential redevelopment company in Fresno which specialize in buying, selling, and rehabbing of distressed properties.  Mr. Xiong's  motto in life is to be a good father for his daughters,  always set example for others to follow, and build a life as a servant leader to help others with a loving heart for a better future.
